Bahar’s experience spans numerous areas of law, including property and caveat disputes, commercial litigation, debt recovery, insolvency, employment, confiscation, property damage, and criminal law matters. Bahar represents clients across various jurisdictions.

Bahar was admitted to practice as a solicitor in 2021 to the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. Bahar graduated with a Bachelor and an Honours degree in law from Monash University. She has completed her post-graduate study in Business and commercial law.
