Ammaar was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in March 2021 and in the High Court of Australia. He graduated with a Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Major in International Business) and a Diploma from the College of Law.

Ammaar has experience in various areas of law, including commercial litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, defamation, and professional negligence. He has a particular focus on litigation and insolvency matters, including Corporations Act matters, unfair preferences, and director/shareholder disputes. Ammaar has worked in the Supreme Court, Federal Court, and Court of Appeal in various jurisdictions. He has also previously acted for the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), demonstrating a strong track record in handling complex legal matters across multiple forums.
