Andrew is an admitted Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Andrew has advised trade creditors, insolvency practitioners, company directors and financial institutions for over 15 years. Andrew advises his clients on secured and unsecured debt recovery, including with respect to caveats, judicial sale, mortgages, civil enforcement of judgments, bankruptcy and winding up action.

Andrew also has extensive experience in complex insolvency litigation, including with respect to preference claims, breach of directors duties, insolvent trading claims, other voidable transaction claims, public examinations and the recovery of company debts.

Andrew was awarded the AICM NSW Legal Representative of the Year in 2022 and is currently Vice President of the AICM NSW Divisional Council.
