Rochelle was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2017 and her focus is in debt recovery, security, and commercial litigation.

Rochelle holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting from the University of Wollongong

She also practices in the area of insolvency law, acting for and against insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders in corporate administrations, liquidations, and personal bankruptcies.

Rochelle’s clients particularly appreciate her consistently commercial approach and ability to understand their business and navigate difficult legal issues. She has an ability to offer clarity to clients in often conflicting and complex environments in an accessible and succinct manner.
